Why are shitskins so attached to the school washrooms?

Like every time i go there, a group of them just stand there either smoking weed or eating (). There is always a hall monitor infront of the door just sitting doing nothing. Literally all normal (non shitskin) people don't even bother going there because there is like 4 of them in each stall. And teachers say shit like "why didn't you go there during lunch", idk retard, maybe cuz a group of monkeys were raping each other and throwing shit.
