Belarus, a literal dictatorship has the highest IQ of any country in Europe. Also any Slavic city like Warsaw, Budapest, Prague, etc have rich architecture and history and are just as impressive as any German or French city. Slavs are white in every sense. Wages are only lower because these countries are still recovering from the consequences or being in the USSR. Most Slavic countries were prominent and strong nation states until the Jews wrecked their countries with communism.

i like the slavs but that is not correct. with industrialization and even before that the commonwealth and the muscovites were not what should be considered strong nations. Besides victorian russia (which relied on just throwing men at the problem) and maybe the great kingdom before the cruscade of varna. the east was never as developed as the west since the mongols
