because most people here think a single surgery or hair treatment will throw them into a male model tier and cope by saying results aren't good. in reality, you can only move bone so much and implants can only do so much. if you get through surgery, look slightly better, and have no complications, you did good.

Don't worry about it. It's a given that almost no procedure is gonna take you from an incel to a slayer overnight contrary to what some idiots on this site think, but look at it in increments. One surgery might take you from a 4 psl to a 5, and that's a world of difference.
