Why are sock lifts so uncomfortable?

I usually use normal lifts in my shoes and they are alright, i can walk pretty long in them

But when i put on sock lifts to permafraud, for example on a house party, they are uncomfortable asf and make my back hurt after 3 mins of wearing them

It should be the same mechanism as normal lifts, why do the sock lifts hurt so much?

Idk bro, but do u think they’re worth it for like when I go bowling for example and have to change shoes? I see on AliExpress the different heights but from your experience how much height do you actually gain and what height model did u pick

use to have these, basically do no difference to height anyway ur weight crushes them. just wear insoles and dont take them off
