Why are somali women so tall?

One thing I have noticed about the somali race is that their women are shockingly tall, often reaching 6'2/188cm. Their men tend to be average height and I don't recall seeing a somali man over 6'2. What could be the cause of this?

I find this to be true for black women in general, not just East Africans. It is very common for me to see black women which are as tall as or often even taller than all the black men.
