Why are some people saying high PFL is linked to higher testerone?

Any studies on that? Cause KSI for example doesn't have his 99th percentile PFL from testerone. Nigerians have high PFL on average I think they might be the race that has highest PFL in the world. I seen a study on this it's on the site somewhere
