Why are some sexually dimorphic features only valued when in combination with others?

For example, body and facial hair is a sexually dimorphic feature, but men look unattractive if they have body hair but aren't also big and tall.
Even being bald is a sexually dimorphic feature but that's just considered subhuman. However, even in that case, balding can look aesthetic if you're big and tall.
Why do sexually dimorphic traits look worse if you aren't big and tall as a man?

I'd guess the extreme importance of mental congruence for humans plays a big part in this

Idk what that means unfortunately
Well I used the word somewhat wrongly anyway, but congruence in psychology, broadly means for something to be in agreement, harmony, compatible, you know.

It's weird too, I've taken a psychology class and when I read your question the word just popped into my consciousness, funny how the brain works man.
