After you become skinny, THEN strength train. Trust me. Many fatties take the wrong path and believe that strength training will replace the fat tissue with muscle mass. Wrong! I've watched many never achieving a muscular body but usually, they get fatter.

Lose weight > strength train > rub that shit in > get fat again.

So I put this method to work and was successful in accomplishing 13-14% BF, the rest muscles (incl lower body.) Today, I continue the protein diet but have backed away from bodybuilding. The daily protein keeps me from losing my shit. Protein is muscle food. I might return one day, though.
