By people who run the world I mean world leaders, politicians, the rich CEO's etc. While they are rarely ugly (though there are exceptions) and often have above average appearance (especially height in case of males) they are rarely chads.

Is this merely a byproduct of most of them having obtained their status before feminism? Perhaps they will all be chads within 20-30 years?
