They have their own forums (many of them are geo-blocked too jfl) and they hang out in forums that aren't really blackpilled but the people going there are (also geo-blocked). They have their own 4chans too.

I have Korean friends at my university they told me that surgery is indeed very common there, and that Koreans put a lot of effort into looking good.

However, don't take advice from Korean plastic surgery forums, unless you are doing eye surgery, jaw shaving or rhinoplasty. Their bimax is honestly miles behind compared to the west. When you have an overbite they will literally pull your maxilla back instead of giving you CCWr + BSSO, its a joke.

I know some good Korean clinics there though my research but tbh I would never get anything other than my eyes or nose done there.
