Dude there are tons of them, they jut get caught easier cause of all the technology they have nowadays and social media and cameras everywhere and shit

plus there are TONS of black serial killers but the media never reports them cause they cant show blacks in a bad light

It would be pretty hard with all the cameras and DNA. I doubt any of them could get in more than 3 separate kills now without being caught.
