Why are there so few custom facial implant surgeons?

I don't see why there aren't more surgeons out there doing what Eppley and Yaremchuk do

even normies seem to love getting custom facial implants as I have read many patient testimonials from people outside of PSL who got work done by Eppley

it also seems very lucrative as a business, so why aren't custom facial implants a more common procedure in the global plastic surgery industry? unless we are underplaying the risks and its much higher than we think

For europeancels its such a big expense traveling to america for surgery. We need implant surgeons here.
