Why are there so many crackheads at 4am at the 7/11

Only time I leave my room is super late at night in the AM. Went to get some ramon at the 7/11 for dinner and some crackhead put his hands on my shoulder and asked me for money.

Almost gave me a heart attack it seems only the crazies come out this late at night me included
