I can speak on this topic as an honorary Turk. It's a very complicated situation with many nuances...hypergamy exists but it's not as bad or widespread as the West. Men are not low T cucks like sissy men in the West turning gay, but women are becoming feminist and turning back on their traditional Muslim expectations. Even the hoejabis.

Most of the incels in the Turk section dont even look bad. Many of them are 100% mentalcel, standardcel or poor wagecuck and victim of an already shit economy - some are maybe combo of all three.
