Why are these surgeries so expensive

Dr. Alpaslans rhinoplasties are 8250 usd not Including ding plane tickets. And i think yaremchuck is like 14 fucking thousand dollars for a chin implant!!! Bro like come on I make 14.50 on part time wages + neetbucks. We incels have to work so fucking hard for scraps. Oh well back to work I go.

Take Salludon's advice and surgerymax in Pakistan where every procedure is cheaper than the flight ticket. Just make sure to find a pakistani surgeon who studied surgery in a good western university, and ofc check his previous before/after pics. With those two things known, what other metric could you even need to assess the skill of a surgeon?
