Yeah but my point with the organized and disorganized is what I was making, most of what theses "thugs" people think are in organized street crime with leaders ranks and things to do, the "low level thugs" who make more than the mafia aren't low level, they're good to go

We're only talking about the Mafia here, the Cartel is another ball story, the Mafia nowadays is in itself isn't as organized as before in the late 20-30 even 40 years, it has changed ALOT, they have now much more similarities to the "low level thugs" you're talking about than to the Sopranos series or Godfather
