Why are villains always subhuman?

Legit every show I watch the villain has a combination of being fat and bald or balding then ugly why?

It's just how people think, and there's truth to it. It's really apparent in old fictional works. Your appearance relates to your character. If you were fat and lazy you'd be uglier, lower T, and your strategy for attracting women would probably be self-deprecating humor, being a male feminist, simping, and underming other men as mysogynists, cause you have nothing to really offer.
