It‘s because it‘s one of the place that‘s brutally honest about male looks.
It has the same autistic appeal as 4chan, because you can be honest without no (if any) repercussions.
Also you can probably gather more advice here on „true“ physical self-improvement than from 90% of red- and bluepillcoaches/grifters. (Just lift and take showers)
