Diet plays a big part imo. Americans eat tons of fast food, which is not good for optimal height growth vs non processed food like grilled chicken/fish, etc.

Yea that makes sense. Germans and dutch and swedes besides their genes having the tallest people and healthier less processed diets, eat much more milk. While avg american is freaking out about whole milk and thinks 2% and drinking Diet Coke makes a big impact the Dutch especially and germans and swedes are gobbling up gallons of whole milk as part of their regular diet, and despite the media saying milk wont make you taller, I disagree, I feel it has a positive impact on overall bone growth and height.
