it's all basically a way to save up for the future generation tbh n buy out land in bangladesh or sm

these people are more likely less educated and live in a time where the stock market was less of an attractive option or they dk about it at all

asking a random person to start putting money into stocks, taking the time n effort to research n sell etc. is a huge reach

people talk about sp500s n allat but the moment it tanks they sell n pullout or it'll reach a new time high n then they wair and it drops n they panic etc. there's so many strategies and a long term waiting etc.

also real estate is outta reach for most people, the base capital needed for real estate is incredibly

I agree for a tiny portion of people it does make sense. But bro it’s all copes. Most immigrants with large real estate portfolios didn’t start with large capital. They save the income from the one shop until they could afford to buy out their landlord and stop paying rent. That alone is a million times better than saving the 20 Percent that goes to taxes and living like some refugee ethnic on government aid.

I get it but it’s just a broke way of living that some immigrants chose to not follow even with the same uneducated no money start

again though this was in a time where land was cheap and banks would approve massive loans, this was not the case for ethnics back when they js arrived from sm poor shanty in bangladesh while they were under attack by skinheads thus forcing them into ethnic enclaves, they do buy land back home tho

and I think your severely underestimating the income they earn thru those reports, those reports are only because they underreport there income, like most firms do

also no ones willing to put there only income source as collateral and real estate requires knowledge and connections too, something most first gen ethnics lack
