Assuming the individual is attractive, I would imagine it's hard to strike:

Masculinity
Cleanliness
Assertiveness
Normalness


Women are attracted to men, they are attracted to masculinity. It's why it isn't insane to see a liberal women dating a conservative man, they are chasing what they expect to be masculinity, they just want it packaged in a pleasing manner. It's the same for men, but in reverse.
