I believe somewhere in female biology it becomes more desperate when nearing menopause or infertility late 20s to early 30s is most womens last chance to procreate.

Guys its sorta like peak in 25 then a slow gradual dip till 60s when it really drops to nothing but even in men there are 90 year olds who can procreate so as long as you have an ounce of test you can create sperm of some kind
