Yes and no. There is definitely hatred against whites from the Jewish-run government and establishment, including the media. Some of this hatred trickles down and influences the minds of stupid everyday people. But yes, many are also unaffected, and indeed, non-white women are still often very attracted to white men and not racist towards them in that sense. You never know, maybe there's even a "bad boy halo" to some extent from being the scapegoat of the state, but mainly it's just that white men are perceived as being physically and behaviourally attractive.
