Why are women willing to throw away great relationships with deep emotional connections

I just don't understand why, a connection like one I had was so hard and rare to find not to mention she gave me CL+ treatment understood me like no other girl I've met in my life and connected with me deeply yet was willing to throw it away. I realized now I'll never love another girl in my life ever again. It's just too painful
