I went on this site first thing in the morning while eating breakfast. This 9 days doesn't account for the time I spend looking at threads on realself and other forums.

I fkin don't know.
They say it's improvements in childhood nutrition but I still don't get how eating industrial shit is an improvement compared to sane whole foods my grandparents used to eat.

On a larger scope, I guess food became more affordable (meat etc) with globalization and mass industry, thus reducing the number of malnourished kids... So taller kids and obesity as a result.

Btw the height increase trend isn't as strong as it used to be and it looks like we're approaching some kind of limit.
It is very unlikely that average incels will heightmog today's NBA players in 100 years.

Theory: Personally I feel like the average height for whites in particular isn't really going up. If anything it's going down. The low T cucks of today have so much Estrogen that their growth plates fuse earlier and they aren't reaching the proper height. I think the biggest height spikes are seen among immigrants, which comes as no surprise. You have malnourished parents come into western nations, who's children then grow up on proper nutrition and additionally don't suffer from the low T high E that the natives are suffering from.

I think high Estrogen also explains why certain groups, like East Asians, have such a low average height. Their Estrogen has gone up to extreme levels, so they don't grow as much as they should. You see it among Changs. Changs are usually not much off from white Chads (maybe 5'11 instead of 6'2) and they usually descend from parents that have typical Asian height. They were just lucky enough, through one way or another, to not be exposed to so much Estrogen.

Also in regards to the limit that was mentioned - I think that is the case as well. I've read somewhere a while ago that 6'2 is the ideal male height, while 5'8 is ideal for females. There is a reason why most male models are in the 6' to 6'3 range. You have to keep in mind that both overly short and overly tall height can lead to a lot of health problems. Nature wants men to be in that 6' to 6'3 range and females probably somewhere between 5'5 and 5'9.
