Why aren't Asians white and why do they only have black hair and brown eyes?

A lot of white skin, you'd think their eye and hair color would vary like whites. Also why are their eyes like that?

Even with lighter skin, they have more melanin. I forgot how tho

Their natural skin is sallow to light brown, the reason for the differences is latitude whites live in higher latitudes but the temperatures are moderated due to the Gulf Stream leading to unique adaptations
