In the animal kingdom there's this thing called sexual dimorphism. Most males of various species of animals are bigger, but they are also more brightly colored, have bigger hair, tails, feathers, beaks, etc...All of these characteristics are for attracting the opposite sex.
With humans however, things are different. It's mostly the females who dress colorfully, they paint their faces, their hair, the nails, etc. and try to look completely different.
Why aren't thing the other way around, why aren't more men trying to attract the attention of women with flamboyant clothes, hair and makeup???
