There are programs nowadays that can search the entire internet for places where your face has been posted (same with email, phone number) if you provide it with a reference photo.

Background checks are pretty common these days unless it’s some bullshit entry level job.

A word of advice for people, if you really want an org rating just make an alt (while on a vpn so you don’t get banned) and ask for a rating. Even tho that ratings aren’t even that good here
