Yeah i’ve lost some but far from ideal. i’ve never actually seen myself truly lean, like below 16-17% bf at best when i was younger

it’s hard to be motivated with other shit + smoke daily so i’m lazy asf

Just set alarm for 7 every day and force urself to start same time even in weekends

Then according to ur bodies natural clock after bare time of waking up same time you'll get sleepy asf at 10ish and just sleep
