Ive been going to the gym, neglecting legs for 7 years now.
I only just starting hitting legs, 4-5 weeks in and i, no homo, have a fat ass already. (And no you cant hit).
I have noticeable massive gains in my glute/legs region, and ive only done 5 sessions total. Ive already doubled my leg press from 100kg to 200kg.
For a girl to not even have noob gains, that takes real laziness. It really, really is not hard to just get some ass size for women.
If girls want chad so bad, how are they so retarded to not realise just lifting once or twice a week will increase their chances massively. Dudes will hit anything with ass. And legs are considerably easier to grow than upper body from my experience.
