My theory is that penis size is somehow a bit similar to Bergmann’s rule. Penis size is correlated to height to a certain point, combining the two together my guess is that blacks / Africans have the longest limbs relative to their torso, which I think is also the case for their cocks.

Whites / Europeans have shorter cocks relative to torso, but overall are taller than Africans so in the end the two groups’ penis size is around the same imo
