If your natural and even top 1 percentile strength, benching 405lbs is almost impossible. It requires you to be as heavy as possible in bodyweight whether thats body fat, muscle, water, or clothing. Its the most weight dependent exercise and relies on "Mass moves mass" theory. The only way you legit can hit a 405lb bench press for 1 rep naturally is to be 5"6-5"10 ideally, have large boomer wrists ( 9 inches minimum in girth), be 300lbs bodyweight minimum, and have very short arms.
Goodluck benching that amount of weight when you got normal body proportions, and over 5'6 tall.
Forgot easiest way to bench more is eat lots of junk food/ goy slop as a natural. Eat clean, and watch your bench suffer like crazy
