Blacks sadly have low-IQ but I always wanted to know how comes a continent such as Africa (that has 75 % of the wealth in the world) is a huge dump ? Europe with no ressources is the pinnacle of human civilization. Africans would most likely (as always) blame Europeans and the white man for that.

Imagine sending 100 whites (or Japanese) in a virgin island. A few decades after, the island will be a very advanced civilization. Whereas if you send 100 blacks in that same island, they will all kill each other and there will be no form of life on that island in the next months.
