It's always the TikTok niggas claiming this doesn't work. You need to stay consistent for at least six months to see decent gains, and a solid 2+ years for permanent results. Most of the initial swelling will subside tho. Take cheekbones, for example, you have to train them for 40+ minutes, 3/4 times a week. You'll also need supplements to aid recovery and proper bone development

im not coping I personally think bone smashing gives good results however it isn't bone growth its scar tissue that forms/fibrosis

It's always the TikTok niggas claiming this doesn't work. You need to stay consistent for at least six months to see decent gains, and a solid 2+ years for permanent results. Most of the initial swelling will subside tho. Take cheekbones, for example, you have to train them for 40+ minutes, 3/4 times a week. You'll also need supplements to aid recovery and proper bone development

The idea that you can hammer your jaw or cheekbones into a better shape completely misinterprets how human bone actually adapts to stress. You aren't sculpting your skeleton you’re just tenderizing your own soft tissue.

Here is the actual breakdown of why bonesmashing doesn't work, what it actually does to your face, and why the "gains" people post are a complete optical illusion.


Functional Load vs Blunt Trauma

The entire premise relies on misapplying Wolff’s Law, which states that bone adapts to the loads under which it is placed. But there is a massive physiological difference between controlled mechanical strain and blunt force trauma:

Real Strain (Resistance/Tension): When bone experiences repetitive, mechanical loading (like weight-bearing exercise), osteocytes signal the body to lay down dense, organized lamellar bone along lines of stress.
