For both men and women, their first time having sex is special and they are never the same after. While this is more pronounced in women, it affects men too. On top of this, every time a person has sex with a different person, their ability to pair bond decreases. And again, while this is more pronounced in women, it affects men too. Both of these effects are because when you have sex with a person your brain releases chemicals which literally create new connections in your brain. But when you keep having sex with different people, this trains your brain to produce less of these chemicals since if you're going to keep moving on to new partners, what's the point of bonding right? So this results in it being harder to pair bond. This is why we naturally feel levels of disgust if we know someone has a high body count.
Therefore if you save your virginity for ltr/marriage to your soulmate, you'll have a much stronger bond than if you had fucked a bunch of others before. It is even proven in studies that virgin marriages last longer/have lower levels of divorce and have higher levels of marriage satisfaction and higher chances of being satisfied with their sex life.
Also I just want to mention here that some guys think that this only applies to women, that you can slay when you're young and then marry a virgin and it will be fine but that is not the case:
Other reasons are that since the two of you haven't slept with anyone but each other, you won't have prior experiences that could affect your expectations. Such as if you fucked a girl with a really tight pussy in the past but the girl you marry has a normal sized pussy, that previous experience can negatively affect your sex life. Same as if your wife previously slept with a guy bigger than you, you might end up like this JFL:
The fact that you both are virgins means you can learn and explore together so you won't have any sexual baggage from previous sexual partners.
Higher numbers of sexual partners is also linked to depression. This is why you see so many guys say that slaying is not worth it and how they don't feel anything from it.

Mindblowing sex with a previous partner has ruined sex with my current partner. How do I fix this?
or just over a year from about mid 2023- mid 2024 I was separated from my partner of two decades. The split was amicable and necessary as he had some things he needed to sort out and was getting a little abusive of me while doing it. I wasn’t having that around our kids. We are now back together...
