Why breath with ur mouth?

I literally never could do that even as a small child when I had closed noses due to fever or a cold I would still prefer to fight through then breath with my mouth

I always found it uncomfortable I honestly don’t know how niggas breath with their mouth

It always makes me paranoid some bug is gonna come in since that happened to me when I was 4 maybe that’s why the trauma stayed

To do what? I got lucky Unironically that when I was like 4 a fly got in my mouth while I was mouth breathing

It ended up developing a trauma of sorts and to this day even if I’m doing sports I avoid it as much as I can not even for looksmax purposes but because of this childhood trauma

That’s why I think I have strong bones while my mom and dad are weak
