Its basic logic and thermodynamics

If your skinny and you weigh 130lbs, You CANNOT build muscle without gaining weight because new tissue on your body is litterally new weight your adding, its the laws of physics,

if your lean and did not gain weight u didn't gain muscle by the laws of physics and matter

and this muscle NEEDS an energy source or a form of something, it cannot be created out of thin air


TRAINING just tells your body to build muscle, it cannot do so with some form of energy(food or bodyfat)

For this reason, you have to gain weight, and to do that you need to be in a calorie surplus.

The calories slurplus is extra food that can assist in the muscle growth process and store muscle as new energy,

matter cannot be destroyed only transformed.

IF YOUR SKINNY you have NO FAT to use to assist/transformed for the process of building muscle

THEREFORE, YOU need EXOGENOUS FOOD with actual energy that can be placed onto your body into the form of muscle

Also if u take roids it will be entirely muscle pretty much if ur new even on 300mg if ur slurplus is small and ur new

the only way to build muscle and maintain your weight is if you lose fat and build muscle at the exact same rate,

if your already lean you don't have fat, so therefore if you gain muscle you can only gain weight
