That is not an argument. The same thing can still apply to different things. A car and a truck are different things yet both have a steering wheel. You'd have to explain what it is in the difference between them that makes it legit to identify as one thing but not as the other.

If I put on some black shoe polish I would definitely make a more believable black dude than I would make a female if I put makeup and a wig on.

If I paint my skin black someone might also yell racial slurs at me. At least if I do it properly in a believable way.
