Why can hunter eyes not be achieved with surgery?

I think if I were to get orbital rim implants, cantho, and fillers in above eyes I would be able to get hunter eyes, or at least very similar.

Okay but I highly doubt my nct is genetic, I had hooded eyes with no nct as a baby, and recession can definitely cause nct, why else would you see so many recessed ppl with nct? I was a mouth breather most of my life

there are plenty of people with nct and well developed jaws they are mutually exclusive most of the time. even mike mew as a poster child for mewing does not have hunter eyes/pct. personally as someone who is recessed i have slight pct but lack undereye support

Botox 1 way but the real way is to find a way to compact your orbits I want to ask a surgeon but it's mental gymnastics anyways I cant afford it yet so you will have to ask

Compact my orbits as in make them more deepset? Would that provide natural hooding or something? Seems a lot more risky than getting botox. Is there any operations for this?

this is why eye area is by far the most important part of your face.

Fixing eyes is very difficult. Chances are you would need multiple surgeries to improve, but even then you will not get hunter eyes.. And even if you do manage to get eyes like that, it will probably make you look worse to women as it won't fit your phenotype and harmony.

But to answer your question, I have never ever seen a surgery result or a series of surgeries that has transformed an eye area like yours in the way you want. The only kinda legit improvements have been for fixing scleral show/bad undereye support but even then, most results look plain weird/uncanny. I suspect the limiting factor is how your orbits are shaped and positioned relative to your skull and possibly how the soft tissues around it are overlaid.

The thing is dude. You have unrealistic expectations from surgeries. Instead of mentally masturbating to the idea of ascending to chadlite/chad just focus on fixing your birdceldom. You can look better but it will not be some life-changing transformation.
