why can i not debloat?

I eat plenty of bananas every day, I drink enough of water (2.5L+), I rarely eat food containing sodium or junk foods. but I still am unable to debloat.. why?
I would appreciate any solid advice thanks

Because it's not "bloat". Bloat is water retention but it only has a slight improvement when done well, your is most probably either not being lean enough, bad fat distribution or little bone mass. Mark as solution

Because it's not "bloat". Bloat is water retention but it only has a slight improvement when done well, your is most probably either not being lean enough, bad fat distribution or little bone mass. Mark as solution

how do I fix these though? I'm currently 16 and I'm not sure how to increase my bonemass

don't drink that much water. You are flushing minerals by consuming huge amount of water. Switch to raw milk. Also you can hop on high animal protein, animal fat(whole protein and fats)and low carb. I can give more descriptive diet if needed. And there is no thing as bloat you just gotta work out what's the reason you look puffy. Also cuz you are 16 there might be essential fat in your face which will reduce over time(the older you get the less fat)

Only eat fiber from fruits/berries(berries are the best)
Aim for 7-15g of fiber
Raw milk/Raw colostrum until finished puberty(500-700ml of raw milk daily). After puberty Raw Kefir.
No grains/seeds/legumes
No seed oils(high in omega 6) cause skin damage on sun.
Diet is focused on whole animal products.(the less processed the more beneficial they are (everything else is optional)
Optional: raw muscle meat/ sometimes raw organs.

Reasoning for why it's not good?
a balanced non raw diet is better, u literally cant even proof that ur diet is better while eating veggies and other stuff actually has benefits prooven with studies, eating veggies gives better gut health, anti nutrients get destroyed by cooking they have antioxidants, the WHO recommends 25-35g of fiber per day raw milk is just bullshit, can contain e coli, salmonella, listeria, if u wanna drink milk do pasteurized, sun damage is driven by UV radiation not seed oils:lul: raw meat can carry parasites and bacterial infections, just cook it makes it safe and often improves nutrient absoprtion ur just using ur raw diet religios believes

problem is, it's kind of difficult to find reliable raw food where i live

Yes cooking meat helps absorption of protein but protein isn't the most important part of a healthy diet. While destroying other heat-sensetive micro nutrients.
Humans ate raw meat their whole existence while thriving.
Not all anti nutrients get destroyed you have to turn your veggies into coal to destroy all anti nutrients.
By eating Fiber you just feed bacteria in your intestines that help you break down fiber so why would you eat smth that isnt essential aso bacteria that tires to breakdown fiber cause gas->bloating-> discomfort(you still cant breakdown fiber completely).
Also answering your statement why fiber "betters your gut health" fiber just makes you shit more liquid so you can shit it out easier there is no other benefit from fiber. with this logic you could eat anything that will cause diarrhea and it will be benefitional.

what do i need as in orthodontics to help me out? im soon getting braces, do i get anything else that isnt too extreme?
Well if your palate width is narrow definitely an expander would help. Also, never get anything extracted besides wisdom teeth

Well I think you need to kinda balance your sodium and potassium like 60% potassium and 40% sodium so you can debloat
