Why can I only be emotionally vulnerable with people I barely know

I cringe to death everytime I show any emotional weakness to someone im close to yet its so easy with randos

Its like I get super close to people all the time because Its easy for me to vulnerability to someone Im not close to yet, which leads me to get close to them which stops me from showing anymore vulnerability so I need to find a new person to get close to.

Endless fucking cycle of finding new people to get close to before drifting apart and on to the next
