Its a rare deformety meaning you need orb decomp. But most people overrate actually needing it, if you look fine from the front leave it. Some people have bad orbitals and then see themselves from the side and think their eyes are protruding when they arent.

Ethmoid compression highly determines if you have deep set or bulging eyes, infras and supras also matter, and low set eyebrows can make a illusion of deeper set eyes, another reason could be because of the nasal bridge and brow ridge
