So how r there theres some cases that cant be fixed even with all the procedures out there? That doesnt seem possible if u plan meticulously

Obviously not everyone is gonna turn into Chad through surgery. But I strongly believe 99% of men can be considered attractive if they undergo the right surgeries

What if u need 5+ significant surgeries just to reach mtn+ unfrauded? Is it worth it atp or is staying ltn the only option for me

Lose a lot of weight first, implants around eye area, rhino, fix eyebrows

first any major eye area flaw is alrdy death tier
also botch rates are higher with more surgeries
u cant js walk in and say oh gimme this that and maybe this and maybe little bit of that
surgery will 100% improve how u look but not to an insane overwhelming degree
it will be underwhelming to a decent % of people
look at some lefort results. people act like everyone there ascended to cl while most are still ltn jfl
u still need a decent base so the surgeon can work it's magic
surgery is cope for a decent % too

Planning well is extremely important some ppl dont do that and waste money

A lot of those lefort/bimax results ive seen are also of older ppl who are high bf% and dont get significant movements cuz theyre just tryna fix breathing issues and get it covered by insurance

u still need a decent base so the surgeon can work it's magic

yeah an unsaveable base is when you have features that aren't subhuman enough to get surgeries like OBO but is enough to mess with the harmony of your face.

Mouth
Most things around the eyes because the results can be uncanny
