Why can’t I debloat fully?

I was drinking 7l a day (I’m starting again today) and I’m skinny and have a good jawline anyway. Yet my cheeks are barely hollow

drink 1.5-2L and drink little more if you’re sweating a lot.

If you pee a lot, its a bad sign, if your pee is clear its a sign of overhydration. Overhydration nukes your electrolyte levels and makes u giga bloated.

I have the same thing, good jawline but barely hollow cheeks, it’s a bone structure and/or fat distribution problem. Buccal fat removal surgery or the DIY injectable burners are what would really fix it but I’m hesitant to do that, might look unnatural.

nah its caused by ur cheekbones not being prominent enough

if you’re lean (say you have strong abs without flexing) sharp jawline, but no hollows? U just lack bones then
 
What’s a good amount?
I made a thread on this.
The right amount is different for each person.
Depends on activity level, weight, age etc.
For me its around 2L ish and a bit more when I’m active.
