Bcuz ur facially a LTN. You have a narrow jaw. You need to get a haircut that is smaller on the sides so your jaw doesn’t look at narrow. You also have long midface, get a lefort 1 procedure.

No lefort 3 involves cutting the entire midface. It’s about clockwise vs counter clockwise rotation of the upper maxilla that determines it

Ah I see this guy also has a recessed maxilla, which probably is the root of his problem. So the lefort 1 rotated counter clockwise will fix the whole thing.
