Why can’t I focus on studies

I did 40 pages of highly advanced non-layman comprehensible book this early morning but then I went to class and had a few jabs here and there with mates and rather than focusing on my studies again I’m stinged about that stupid piece of shit as I daydream holding and beating their necks in minecraft

I could barely do 6 pages in an hour rn I hate it when my brain and motivation rewarding system don’t collaborate at all times. So I thought talking over here might help so…HELP
