Why can’t I get into Skyrim?

I wanna have that experience like I had with the Witcher where I’m fully immersed into the world time goes by and I don’t drop the game but I’m not being able to

And this is usually a problem ppl who played Skyrim have but I never even played the game i literally just spent hours modding it to give it more life and immersion and now I’m starting a playthrough
