Why cant I get out of bed in the morning ? I have to fap + check all social medias + watch youtube b4 i get out of bed

Why cant I get out of bed in the morning ? I have to fap + check all social medias + watch youtube + think through some socially painful situations that have happened in the last few months & then convince myself to get out of bed and start my day, even if I wake up early. I have an online job so its not like I have to be there at an exact time.

Other than in the mornings, my life is reasonable controlled. work 5 days a week, hit gym or mma every day and stick do a very strict diet every day

Do u think my dopamine is fucked up? I physically cant get out of bed before I do all of these things. How can I fix this?

but what if I want to continue watching youtube, fapping once per day, browsing here? I dont get why I cant just at least wait until later to do these things or at least not feel an intense urge to do them as soon as i wake

Changes don’t have to be permanent. Try shifting it later in the day and getting right out of bed. Try limiting time on different rot hobbies. See how it affects you. Do you think you’re depressed or anything or is it just habit

yeah i will try man. its just hard to get out of bed without doing this shit. like motivation is at -1000%.

'rot hobbies' lmao. yeah i do need to limit my time on this shit. gym is the only thing that gets me off them but i feel like theres nothing else to do but do my rot hobbies when im at home in my room.

and nah im not depressed. but maybe lacking dopamine from social contact, i get literally none

Yeah lack of social contact is huge. I don’t really like my parents or talk to them but when they left town and i was home alone for a few days and started binge eating an extra 1000 calories daily just bc I didn’t have that little bit of interaction. Very true that it can be hard to find shit to do outside the virtual world. Don’t really have an answer bc I rot hard af too

Yeah raising a big happy family is a huge goal for me bc I know I and many missed out on something that could’ve been great. Hopefully I’m not too stunted and avoidant to be a good dad.

But yeah I just need to hit the road and start talking to hella girls so I can just socialize with people every day I choose to and anywhere I go

Have a glass of fruit juice or soda next to your bed so you can take a sip when getting up. It sounds to me like high prolactin tbh

Put phone or whatever you use somewhere like on other side of the room so that you will be forced to get up

I've been lazy in bed but not for too long, anything to look forward to or a time to fit so u need to get ready and can't waste time in bed. otherwise I don't know
 
Easiest fix that requires the least willpower is just to just charge your phone in another room
