I already wear them air max 720 which have 3.8 cm heels aka 1.5 inch making me a 5ft 10.5 nigga

5 ft 9 is not a manlet. Get boots that's 1 inch Heel + 2 inch shoe lifts and wear longish jeans that cover over them you will be around 5 11/6ft, no one will be able to tell. Like I said I have worn them daily for years. You just put them in your normal boots (not trainers) and no they don't look pathetic, they don't look like anything, just some guy in boots.

You are most likely contributing something bad in your life to your height let me assure your 5 ft 9 (6 ft in shoe heels) is not to be blamed. It will be other things, those other things are for you to find out. Move on.
