Those big pimples are gones but blackheads are a lot harder to get rid of
You eat carbs and way too much of it
I am on an animal based diet for a while brother i only eat fruits,meat,a little diary and for carbs potatoes sweet potatoes and honey,could any of that cause it?

don't listen to him, don't wash your face more than twice a day max on tret (only exception is food, dirt etc obvs), but not natural sweat, it will fuck ur skin barrier (also if you're retarded enough to not be using sunscreen, use it)
Alright thank you i wash my face at night and other times of they day only when i need it and i ofc use sunscreen
